Feedback on CROWS work

We appreciate both positive feedback and critical comment and recognise that we do occasionally make mistakes. If we have done something wrong, please tell us.

We try to make sure paths are safe enough for walkers to pass, even when we are working on them (eg keeping tools and equipment to the side of the path).

If we are unable to do so, we will let walkers know by putting a sign up to say we are working on a path. If we are unable to complete a job in one day, we will also try and leave a sign to say the work is not completed and the path may be dangerous.

We always try to get any necessary permission from the landowner, but sometimes this can be difficult.

We expect all our volunteers to be courteous to landowners and walkers and resolve any difficulties in a non confrontational way.
